Sub: Request for Overdraft Facility

Sir

We are having a Current Account bearing No. 284 in your bank.Our monthly turnover is about Rs. 80 lakhs and never has amount been overdrawn against our correct account. Also, not a single cheque of ours has been returned over since we opened an account with you about nine years ago.We need additional funds of Rs. 2 crore, as we are planning to enter into the export market. We have been able to raise Rs. 1 crore from our friends and acquaintances but we still need Rs. 2 crore and hence we request you for an overdraft facility of this amount.

We are enclosing a photocopy of our assessment for the previous year and copies of balance sheet and profit and loss account for the last three years for your perusal.

We shall undertake to mortgage our stock which is always worth Rs. 2 crore and above.We look forward to an expunctions response.
